Areas of Expertise
Grief and Loss
Grief and loss can touch every part of life—your relationships, your work, your sense of self. Together, we’ll create space to honour what you’ve lost, understand the waves of emotion you’re experiencing, and gently explore what it means to live with this loss. Our work can help you find moments of relief, connection, and meaning, while staying true to your values and the bond you hold with who or what you’ve lost. I firmly believe that grief is about creating a new relationship to what was lost. Find a gentle space to honor your loved ones and process life's many transitions.
Chronic Illness
Living with a chronic illness can be overwhelming. It affects every part of your life—your body, your relationships, your work, and your sense of who you are. Together, we’ll explore the emotional impact of your diagnosis, the losses and changes you’re carrying, and the ways you can care for yourself while navigating medical systems, family expectations, and daily demands. Our work can help you honour your limits, reconnect with what matters most, and build a life that feels meaningful alongside your illness, not in spite of it
Caregiver Concerns
Caregivers of those living with chronic illness, a life-limiting diagnosis, or substance abuse face unique challenges. I am passionate about working with caregivers to create a space to explore their feelings of overwhelm and loss without judgement. I also work with couples to support them with the changes that occur in relationships as they adjust to the challenges they face.

My Counselling Approach
I offer compassionate, relationally focused counselling grounded in Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, systemic therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we explore the stories shaping your life, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and support movement toward a life aligned with your values and strengths. When helpful, I also use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process past trauma and “stuck” emotions. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, non‑judgmental space where therapy is guided by what feels most useful and meaningful to you.
